Representing and growing an individual caseload (primarily cases in pre-litigation).
Supervising and managing the productivity—including quality of service—provided by the firm's associate attorneys.
Recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and developing associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to strengthen the firm's legal team.
Assisting with reviews and promotions, determining attorney salaries and billing rates, and making recommendations for improvement.

Our client, a well-established California-based labor and employment firm, is seeking to hire a Senior Attorney (5+ years) with extensive Labor & Employment experience. The firm exclusively represents employees in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations, which are becoming increasingly common. The firm covers all types of claims, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, worker misclassification, clock/rest issues, etc.
