- Assist Project Managers with business development activities, including meeting with clients.
- Assist with preparing and coordinating proposal efforts to secure work.
- Professional Engineer licensure is preferred, or the ability to obtain it.
- Experience with InRoads is a plus.

Daniel Brooks, AHMM(R), LaBella's Sustainability Manager, will be speaking at the Tennessee Sustainability Conference, being held August 19 - 21, 2026, in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Organized by the Tennessee Recycling Coalition, the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Tennessee Environmental Conference, this annual event brings together industry professionals to explore new technologies, regulations, recycling programs, and best practices in environmental sustainability. On Thursday, August 20, at 10:00 a.m., Daniel will discuss lithium battery safety during a session titled "Tennessee's Growing Battery and Vape Issues." He will cover the following topics: * Basic battery chemistries, types, and how they differ * Key battery hazards, including short-circuiting and thermal runaway * Signs associated with damaged, defective, or recalled (DDR) batteries * Training requirements, emergency response protocols, and first aid procedures that help ensure personnel safety in the event of a battery release, fire, or exposure incident LaBella will also be exhibiting at the conference. LaBella Associates has acquired Prestige Environmental Inc., a Somerset, New Jersey-based environmental consulting firm, expanding its presence in the tri-state region. The acquisition adds municipal relationships and environmental expertise to the Rochester-based multidisciplinary firm's capabilities. Prestige Environmental, founded in 1993, specialises in environmental due diligence, waste management and remediation for public-sector projects. The firm employs engineers, geologists and environmental professionals experienced in regulatory compliance. LaBella, which operates offices across 14 states with over 2,000 consultants, provides infrastructure, buildings, environmental and energy expertise throughout the eastern US, UK and Spain. This marks the company's eighth acquisition in 41 months across sectors including architecture, surveying and environmental services.
