His approach is simple: focus on integrity and customer service, and the business will follow. Choosing Zoom Drain: A business built on real needs. Tom discovered Zoom Drain while searching online for his next opportunity within the service industry. What ultimately drew him in was something personal, seeing firsthand the drain and sewer issues experienced by family members and friends. That real-world need made the decision clear. Drain and sewer services aren't optional, they're essential. For Tom, joining Zoom Drain means providing a necessary service that directly helps people in their homes and businesses, while building a reliable and sustainable business. New roots in Greenville. After retiring from government service, Tom and his family made the move from Guam to Greenville, a place that already felt like home thanks to frequent visits and close friends and family in the area. Now settling in full-time, Tom is excited to become part of the local community. He's especially drawn to the welcoming, friendly nature of the people in Greenville and the strong sense of connection throughout the area.
