Automate Encompass valuation orders & field mapping

Automate Encompass valuation orders & field mapping. * Valuation * Data * Solutions * Resources * Company Clear Capital adds Automated Service Ordering and Field Mapping for Encompass(R) by ICE mortgage technology(r) users. Operational efficiency is the cornerstone of a successful lending strategy. To reduce manual bottlenecks and enhance data integrity, Clear Capital has introduced two major feature enhancements within the Encompass(R) environment: Automated Service Ordering (ASO) and Custom Field Mapping. The integration of these tools allows lending teams to eliminate repetitive tasks and reclaim up to 15 minutes of manual labor per loan file. Key takeaways: * Use reusable templates and Encompass native rules to trigger valuation orders the moment a loan hits a designated milestone. * Reclaim up to 15 minutes of manual labor per loan file by combining automated ordering and data syncing. * Leverage the high-speed Encompass Partner Connect(TM) API for a more stable and scalable connection to the full suite of Clear Capital products. Maximize productivity with Automated Service Ordering. Manual order placement often introduces friction in the valuation process. ASO bypasses traditional "click-and-wait" workflows by using reusable service order templates and native Encompass automation rules. * Automated triggers: Clear Capital orders are placed automatically the moment a loan reaches a designated milestone. * Time savings: This feature eliminates 2-5 minutes of manual effort per order. * Pipeline consistency: Delays between loan readiness and order placement are removed, ensuring files move through the pipeline without interruption. Enhance data accuracy via integrated field mapping. Manual data entry remains a primary source of costly re-keying errors. The Custom Field Mapping feature creates a seamless data bridge, automatically populating fields directly into the loan file in Encompass. * Key data sync: Vital data points from Clear Capital products, such as the ClearAVM(TM) value, Forecast Standard Deviation (FSD), and property condition, are automatically synced to the loan file. * Precision and speed: Automated syncing saves an additional 4-10 minutes per order while virtually eliminating manual entry errors. * Audit readiness: Data within Encompass remains perfectly aligned with valuation documents, simplifying compliance and auditing processes. Accelerate your time to close with Clear Capital's Encompass automation. These automation features represent an ongoing effort to modernize the valuation experience. By reducing manual touchpoints, lending teams can better use the full suite of Clear Capital products, from Collateral Desktop Analysis (CDA(R), automated valuation models (AVMs), appraisals, Broker Price Opinions (BPOs), property inspections, automated collateral analyzers, and more. This evolution is built upon Clear Capital's integration of all residential valuation products on the Encompass Partner Connect(TM) API platform. This scalable framework ensures that as the industry moves toward greater automation, lenders have the tools necessary to maintain a competitive, tech-forward edge in any market environment.
