  • College degree with insurance experience and 2+ years of independently managing book of business
  • Active Property & Casualty license required

Responsibilities
  • Actively leads and monitors the new business and renewal processes
  • Ability to quickly gain trust and negotiate skillfully in difficult situations both internally and externally
  • Understand, create, and implement complex insurance concepts and programs
  • Create, cultivate, and sustain carrier relationships
  • Proactive awareness and understanding of market changes, judicial and legislative outcomes, and new/changed market products
  • Get business, keep business and develop direct reports
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in creating complex and large real estate risk management and insurance programs
  • Experience with constructing and managing complex program placements, including but not limited to, self-insured retentions, plus-aggregate deductibles, captives, etc.
  • Experience evaluating and placing management liability, cyber, professional liability, and other specialty coverages
  • CPCU and other professional and insurance designations
