About the company

Spira Care operates primary care centers across the Kansas City area as an exclusive provider partnership with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City. Its nine locations offer preventive wellness visits, acute and chronic illness care, behavioral health support, medication management, and diabetes care under one roof, with same- and next-day sick visits. Blue KC members get low- or no-cost preventive services and flat fees for other visits until their deductible is met. What sets Spira Care apart is its partnership model, pairing patients with dedicated care teams for unhurried, personalized visits rather than rushed, transactional appointments. The goal is to make coordinated primary care simple, convenient, and affordable for Blue KC members in Kansas City.
