Requirements
  • College diploma with relevant degrees in advertising or communications
  • Minimum 2 years in a client-facing programmatic, account management, customer success, or media planning role
  • Prior account management experience at an ad tech or media company
  • Strong understanding of interactive media planning and buying and success metrics
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Analytics, DCM, DoubleVerify, IAS, IQVIA, IPSOS, Crossix, Symphony, NPI Insights & Reporting
  • Understanding of the programmatic market with exposure to bid management and campaign management optimization strategies
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability in analyzing and interpreting campaign data to recommend solutions for optimal results
  • Possess independence, confidence, and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain cross-channel, programmatic advertising Health/Pharma vertical campaigns
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure client deliverables and campaign needs are met in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams to build Health specific audiences, launch campaigns on time, and drive optimal performance throughout the campaign’s flight
  • Develop a thorough understanding of AdTheorent Health products and services to upsell when performance and/or offerings align with customer’s business needs
  • Partner with Data Analytics to prepare regular and post-campaign reporting presentations to analyze performance and provide recommendations and new opportunities for future campaigns
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to strategize and identify ways to optimize campaign performance to drive peak results for clients and health audiences
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels with every customer engagement
  • Keep abreast of digital media developments and industry technologies and capabilities within the Health/Pharma space
