HappyHealth (HappyRing.com) makes a wearable that uses AI to continuously collect brain and body biomarker data for patients, providers, and drug developers. The device measures signals with sensors, runs AI to produce health metrics, and sends data securely to EHRs and trial systems in real time, with features like one-tap setup, real-time compliance reports, and at-home monitoring. It differentiates itself by syncing brain and body data and offering integrated data workflows across clinical and care settings while prioritizing privacy and security under 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, and NIST guidelines. The goal is to improve patient outcomes, accelerate drug development, and streamline clinical trials in digital health.

What believers are saying

  • Sleep-apnea referrals can expand through sleep labs and tele-sleep providers.
  • Pharma and decentralized trials gain passive adherence data and biomarker-rich endpoints.
  • Hospital-at-home programs value continuous physiologic tracking and automated care-team alerts.

What critics are saying

  • Oura, Apple, and Samsung compress adoption and raise customer acquisition costs.
  • Clinical utility evidence remains necessary before reimbursement and broad provider adoption.
  • Any privacy breach, outage, or false alert can trigger recalls and destroy trust.

What makes Happy Health unique
