Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • One to two years of experience in food service or retail is required; leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • The ability to resolve customer issues calmly and professionally is required.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices and inventory management is required.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, is required.
  • The ability to stand for long periods and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds is required.
  • The ability to perform repetitive motions such as cooking, assembling, and serving food products is required.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff during shifts by providing direction, training, and support.
  • Ensure customers receive prompt, friendly service and address concerns or issues.
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as necessary.
  • Ensure accurate cash register operations and financial reporting at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety protocols.
  • Communicate operational needs and improvements effectively with management and team members.
Desired Qualifications
  • Additional education in food service management is a plus.
