About the Job

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Procurement, or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Procurement Analyst or in a similar Procure-to-Pay position; experience in IT Procurement is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of IT industry procurement, including hardware, software, services, and telecommunications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Working experience in vendor management.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting practices and invoice-processing tools and processes.
  • Ability to process large volumes of requests and perform routine tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the IT Procurement office in ensuring adherence to Group Procurement and Invoice Policies and associated processes, supporting continuous improvement and SLA-based operations.
  • Perform purchase requisition and purchase order processing activities for Group IT.
  • Liaise with IT vendors and internal clients across various locations and geographies globally for IT procurement operations.
  • Work with the internal team to provide procurement services to functional and business stakeholders within the company.
  • Support IT RFx sourcing projects and vendor comparison analyses.
  • Support vendor onboarding assessments and ongoing reassessments.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, handle payment queries, rectify discrepancies, and thoroughly check invoices before processing, approvals, and payments.
  • Track approvals and maintain a repository of vendor contracts, procurement documentation, and invoice documentation.
  • Prepare and publish periodic management reports.
