Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of corporate collections experience
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access
  • Experience in a telecommunications environment is preferred
  • Attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
  • Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
  • Salesforce, NetSuite, LogicSense experience a plus
Responsibilities
  • Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts
  • Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while maintaining and improving customer relations
  • Resolving client-billing problems and rescuing accounts receivable delinquency with good customer service
  • Collecting customer payments in accordance with payment due dates
  • Identifying issues attributing to account delinquency and discussing them with management
  • Reviewing and monitoring assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports
  • Providing timely follow-up on payment arrangements
