Requirements
  • 2+ years of technical solutions engineering experience
  • Great oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
Responsibilities

  • Act as a Recharge technical leader and trusted advisor to our account management team
  • Prepare for and lead technical discussions with teams ranging from executive-level business stakeholders to software engineers
  • Consult and provide technical insight to merchants on best go-to-market strategies
  • Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving eCommerce industry and continually evaluate how to position Recharge during the sales cycle
  • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and third party sponsorships on behalf of Recharge
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of programming and debugging, REST APIs and Webhooks (Python or JavaScript preferred)
  • An understanding of the eCommerce industry and strong technical sales background preferred
