A valid commercial driver's license and Department of Transportation medical card, with the ability to meet insurance requirements.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or trucking industry.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness and ability to perform vehicle test drives.
Must participate in a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with prospective and existing customers by understanding their needs, providing personalized service, and following up consistently.
Recommend new or pre-owned trucks that meet customers’ operational needs, preferences, and budgets.
Create and present accurate vehicle specifications and pricing proposals for individual and fleet orders.
Demonstrate vehicle options, features, and capabilities through walkarounds, system explanations, and test drives.
Explain available financing and insurance programs to customers.
Coordinate truck deliveries from order placement through final delivery.
Follow up with buyers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, build loyalty, and generate repeat business and referrals.
Generate new leads and maintain an active pipeline of potential customers using multiple tools and strategies.
Keep up with product developments, emerging technologies, and industry trends to communicate product benefits.
Monitor competitors’ offerings, pricing, and market tactics.
Set personal sales targets and regularly assess performance against them.
Collaborate with Parts and Service departments to support customers’ ownership experience.

Navigate financing options – Help customers understand available financing and insurance programs to ensure they’re making informed decisions.
Coordinate the delivery process – Oversee all aspects of the truck delivery process—from order placement to final delivery—ensuring a smooth, timely, and professional experience for the customer.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:

WHAT WE OFFER:
Pay Structure: This position is commission based. Typically we will offer a guaranteed salary for a set amount of time until customer base is established at which point, you will switch to a commission-based pay structure.
