Requirements
  • 7+ years of prior experience with focus on pricing / monetization and payments / fintech.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience leveraging data to identify monetization opportunities and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research on product needs and value perceptions.
  • Experience with understanding market landscape and competitive strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools. SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with product, pricing, and sales teams to build pricing and monetization strategies, with the goal of driving revenue, improving customer experience and product attach.
  • Launch new pricing constructs, develop go-to-market plans, create messaging and positioning for different user segments.
  • Develop a strong understanding of user needs, the value our products deliver and sources of differentiation relative to other alternatives. Enable sales teams in understanding the value of our products.
