Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or another engineering discipline, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project scheduling or project controls experience
  • Hands-on scheduling experience with Oracle Primavera P6
  • Experience developing, updating, and analyzing CPM schedules, including critical path and schedule variance analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively with owners, contractors, and project stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Demonstrated capability with applicable software programs
  • Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen
  • Cognitive: Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form
  • This is an on-site position and local Detroit, Michigan area candidates are preferred

Desired Qualifications
