  • You have built and grown external communities before, or have a solid network and passion to start building them.
  • You have strong writing skills and can turn complex technical topics into content engineers want to read.
  • You can brief engineers confidently, ask the right questions, and shape technical conversations into publishable content.
  • You are comfortable serving as the public face of the tech employer brand in technology channels, at events, and in online forums.
  • You can converse with engineers and understand what technology enthusiasts care about, what frustrates them, and what earns their respect; coding is not required.
  • You work across engineering, talent acquisition, and talent marketing teams, collaborating effectively while maintaining direction.
  • You are fluent in Ukrainian and English and can shift between warm, conversational communication and sharp, technical communication.

Responsibilities

  • Build Solidgate's engineering community from the ground up and own its social channels, DOU, GitHub discussions, and other technology forums.
  • Collaborate with engineers to produce technical content, including architecture deep dives and write-ups explaining engineering decisions.
  • Launch and run Solidgate's technical blog and newsletter, publishing in-depth content about payments infrastructure, engineering culture, and product decisions.
  • Write and ghostwrite public content with engineers to help them share their expertise.
  • Represent Solidgate in engineering communities, at conferences, local meetups, hackathons, and fintech events through active participation and relationship-building.
  • Prepare technical interview guides, resources, and insights for candidates, and continually update the company's tech radar to communicate its preferred tools, languages, and practices.
  • Organize hackathons, tech talks, and local meetups to attract engineers to Solidgate.
  • Identify, prepare, and support internal speakers for conferences, meetups, and community events; brief them, shape their talks, and increase the visibility of Solidgate's engineering team.
  • Own and track metrics for technical-audience reach, content engagement, community growth, and inbound candidate quality from engineer channels.

Desired Qualifications

  • A degree in Computer Science, a technical background, or years of experience working alongside engineers.
  • Experience running technology events or meetups, online or in person.
  • A portfolio of technical content that generated measurable traction, such as shares, inbound links, and community discussion.
