  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing or related roles. Internships and part-time work experience may be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of demand generation campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Analyze market research to identify relevant information, topics and trends relative to our target audiences and Ideal Customer Profile. Share knowledge with the Commercial team to inform marketing strategies, and cross-functionally where required.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and BD teams to create and assess compelling content that drives engagement and mid-to-late stage nurture and conversion campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain HubSpot marketing database. Partner with BD to ensure Monday and HubSpot share accurate and up-to-date information such as insights and event tags.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (BD, RevOps, Customer Success) for pipeline reviews. Work closely with the BD SDR to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials and collateral, and coordinate with our agency partners where needed.
