About the role:
Title: Content Producer
✅ Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 base + a competitive equity package.

What does the role look like?
As Content Producer at Whop, you’ll be responsible for supporting the creation of top-tier video content from concept to final cut. You’ll focus on videography and editing, crafting engaging stories that showcase Whop creators and amplify our brand across multiple platforms. Working closely with our creators, social team, and marketing, you’ll help shape the visual identity of Whop.
What You’ll Do
- Support all aspects of video production, including filming, editing, and post-production.
- Produce a range of content from long-form to short-form, such as creator testimonials, podcast productions, and more.
- Ensure all content aligns with Whop’s brand, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Support the content production calendar, coordinate shoots, and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Leverage professional-grade equipment, editing tools, and a team of support staff to meet your production goals.
- Collaborate with Whop creators and partners to create dynamic, engaging content that reflects our vibrant community.
Your first 90 days will look like the following:
- Within 30 days, you will be immersed in Whop’s brand, content style, and strategies. You’ll have completed two video projects and understand the full production workflow, from scripting to editing.
- Within 60 days, you’ll have contributed to at least five video campaigns and assisted with live content production.
- Within 90 days, you’ll be supporting all video production efforts and influencing the direction of Whop’s visual storytelling.
Who You Are
- You are passionate about videography, editing, and content creation. You thrive on telling stories through video and pushing the boundaries of creative content.
- You have 5+ years of experience in videography, editing, or a related field, with expertise in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- You are hands-on and skilled in all areas of production, from lighting to sound design.
- You are adaptable, resourceful, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- You have a proven track record of producing content that drives engagement and supports business objectives.
Nice to Have
- Experience working closely with creators or influencers.
- Strong understanding of social media content creation and optimization.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a digital production environment.
