Requirements

Understand basic blueprints.
Understand basic fabrication practices.
Have at least one year of experience and pass a pre-employment welding test.
Have strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning.
Understand and apply mathematical concepts.
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
Work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Work with and influence peers and management.
Demonstrate self-motivation and attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
Work overtime as necessary.
Pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.
Have a valid driver's license.
Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and drive, walk, and stand frequently.
Work in adverse weather and cramped conditions, with some heavy lifting.
Visit industrial and manufacturing settings, which may involve exposure to materials, chemicals, extreme temperatures, and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
Be available for occasional overnight travel.

Working Conditions:
