Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in PPP transactions, including financial modeling

Responsibilities
  • Participating in the execution of PPP transactions
  • Developing complex financial models, including the use of macros and VBA programming
  • Assisting in the management of due diligence processes, including managing third-party advisors
  • Preparing client presentations and actively participating in discussions
  • Researching potential business development opportunities
  • Maintaining marketing materials for the firm, including creating pitches to be presented to potential clients
  • There will be times when you are required to work beyond a normal workday or workweek to fulfill the responsibilities of the role
