A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Become an integral member of a Blattner project team where you build relationships while delivering quality projects and ensuring safety.
- Lead on-site execution of the Project Quality Plan setting standards, while driving consistency and excellence throughout the life cycle of a project.
- Lead weekly briefings communicating Project Quality Plan performance, celebrating wins, addressing opportunities, and driving continuous improvement efforts.
- Train and empower the Project Team on Inspection and Testing Plans and processes, building a crew that gets it right the first time.
- Actively participate in the Benchmarking process and validate compliance through work-in-progress field audits.
- Schedule and coordinate quality walkdowns with the project team and Owner/Developer, ensuring all observations are documented, tracked, and resolved.
- Get out in the field — performing inspections, observations, and audits that reinforce a culture of quality-first craftsmanship.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Owners and Clients through clear, proactive communication.
- Promote and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities to advance the Quality Program, and drive innovation in inspection and testing through data-driven insights.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- An associate degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Quality Control processes and procedures.
- Working knowledge of quality management systems, processes, and procedures for utility-scale construction.
- Familiarity with construction codes and industry standards (NEC, NFPA, IBC, OSHA, IEEE).
- Working knowledge of renewable energy technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications.
- Working knowledge of inspection and testing principles for electrical, mechanical, and civil scopes.
- Familiarity with root cause analysis methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to effectively navigate web-based applications, digital reporting tools, and project management software.
- Ability and willingness to relocate nationwide based on project assignment.

$78,271.00 - $113,492.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
