Requirements
  • Availability to start paid training immediately and begin instructing immediately.
  • Availability to work for the current school year and beyond.
  • Availability Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 5:45 PM.
  • Experience teaching and managing large groups of youth in an academic setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to complete the professional development training program.
Responsibilities
  • Work with site staff at partner schools in the area.
  • Lead STEAM projects and activities for students in classrooms using the proprietary curriculum.
  • Teach students in transitional kindergarten through eighth grade.
  • Create relationships with parents and students based on trust and respect.
  • Create a safe environment for students.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
