UI Developer with Java
About the job
- Experience in Java application and web application development.

- Understanding of Java/J2EE, Servlets, and session management.
- Understanding and experience with service-oriented architecture and web services, including REST.
- Experience with JBoss Application Server, Tomcat, WebSphere, or WebLogic application servers.
- Experience using development tools such as Eclipse, TextPad, or EditPlus.
- Knowledge of Unix shell scripting.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or ECE, or an MCA.
- Design web pages and develop responsive web pages.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Analyze user requirements and envision system features and functionality.
- Develop user interfaces for internet/intranet applications, set expectations and feature priorities throughout the development lifecycle, determine design methodologies and toolsets, program using languages and software products, and design and conduct tests.
- Integrate applications with the service layer.
- Code, unit test, and document features or modules.
- Experience with Bootstrap, AngularJS, PhoneGap, or other comparable technologies.
- Experience with jQuery, AJAX, and UI frameworks.
- Experience with open-source frameworks such as Spring Framework, Spring MVC, RichFaces, Tapestry, or Struts.
- Exposure to the Apache Camel framework.
