Requirements
  • 8+ years of Human Resources experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and other tech teams
  • Knowledge of key HR domain areas such as employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, compensation, and talent acquisition
  • Understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws
  • Experience in Brazil, Mexico, and/or Canada is a plus
  • Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize independently
  • General understanding of nonimmigrant visas
  • Ability to learn the business quickly and operate with minimal guidance

Responsibilities
  • Partner with VPs and SVPs in Engineering & Product organizations
  • Interpret R&D’s strategy and integrate into HR’s enterprise roadmap
  • Promote positive employee relationships through transparent communication
  • Support performance management, succession planning, and employee development
  • Coach managers on talent management plans
  • Manage complex employee relations issues and workplace investigations
  • Enhance employee experience and support team retention
  • Identify trends for people decisions and implement solutions
  • Manage compliance activities related to statutory and legal requirements
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and HR teams
