Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
  • A bachelor's degree (BA or BS) is required.
  • Strong accounting and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and organize large volumes of financial information.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
  • A client service mindset and aptitude for working directly with clients and their service providers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly client portfolio reports.
  • Calculate and review investment performance returns and related metrics.
  • Perform performance attribution analysis and reporting.
  • Analyze portfolio-level risk and exposure.
  • Monitor portfolio liquidity and analyze cash flows.
  • Review accounting and performance data provided by client custodians.
  • Reconcile private equity investment accounts and track performance.
  • Maintain investment performance and analytical platforms.
  • Provide investment-related client audit and tax support.
  • Manage investment transactions and perform other portfolio administration functions.
  • Collaborate with client service teams and external service providers.
  • Provide analytical support for team members and conduct ad hoc client analyses as part of special projects.
Desired Qualifications
  • Understanding of nonprofit accounting and taxation.
  • Experience or interest in the investment industry, portfolio reporting, or financial analysis.
  • Experience with data analytics, data manipulation, or APIs.
  • CPA, CFA, or other technical certifications are helpful but not required.
