Requirements
  • 15+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Deep brand marketing experience including developing brand strategy and brand marketing programs campaigns including narratives, thought leadership content, insights
  • Experience in leveraging all marketing communication channels including events (physical and virtual) , digital( including social, web, paid advertising, emails and CRM) , sales enablement and working on PR programs
  • Experience leading end to end brand marketing from strategy development to execution and tracking in a global environment
  • Proven experience communicating effectively, collaborating and influencing strategically across cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent leader/manager who is passionate about making their direct reports successful
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-centric startup environment
  • Demonstrated ability in operational efficiency through automation of tools and processes
  • Critical thinker with a growth mindset who is passionate about helping others win
  • The ability to travel as needed when safely able to do so
Responsibilities
  • Lead Global Brand Marketing team and master relationship with partner agencies
  • Develop a global brand strategy and program, campaigns that are aligned with our company mission and vision for Moloco and our product to meet the brand objectives for the company
  • Develop holistic brand marketing programs based on customer insights
  • Drive global brand awareness through developing brand programs/ content including Thought leadership and Insights working closely with creative team and agency partners
  • Partner and execute brand marketing programs leveraging all marketing channels including digital and partner campaigns, events, social media and PR
  • Proven ability to optimize marketing mix by analyzing performance of campaigns and programs and align marketing budgets to the biggest impact activities
  • Serve as a thought leader for company and product brand
  • Develop strong relationships, influence and collaborate effectively with leadership, key cross functional leaders and teams across the company
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in the advertising, adtech or martech industries or familiarity with machine learning is a huge plus
  • Experience working with marketing tools such as Hubspot, Hootsuite and content management systems
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field, or commensurate experience
