Requirements

A commercial education at Bac+2 to Bac+5 level is required.
At least 3 years of experience managing a profit center in a technical and/or services environment such as construction, industry, equipment rental, temporary staffing, or transport are required.
Customer-service orientation, strong interest in challenges, and managerial qualities are required for success in the role.

Responsibilities

Manage a profit center using the human and material resources provided and lead its commercial activity in line with objectives defined with management.
Diversify and develop the customer portfolio through prospecting, including analysis of the economic and competitive environment and visits to construction sites.
Build customer loyalty through field visits and customer follow-up.
Manage the commercial and technical teams by integrating and training new employees and leading meetings and group initiatives such as telesales, inventories, corporate social responsibility weeks, themed days, and safety briefings.
Manage the branch daily using reporting and information technology tools.
Optimize the equipment fleet and workshop management.
Ensure operating results meet objectives.
Ensure compliance with procedures, including invoicing, collections, and disputes.

Description du poste

Vous gérez un centre de profit avec l'ensemble des moyens humains et matériels mis à votre disposition et animez l’activité commerciale de celui-ci conformément aux objectifs définis avec la Direction.

Votre mission se décline sous 3 axes principaux :

Commercial : diversifier et développer le portefeuille clients par la prospection (étude de l’environnement économique et concurrentiel, visite des chantiers, etc.), fidéliser la clientèle acquise en réalisant les visites et suivis clients sur le terrain,
Management des équipes commerciales et techniques : intégrer et former les nouveaux collaborateurs, animer les réunions et les actions définies par le groupe (téléventes, inventaires, semaine RSE, journées thématiques, ¼ heure sécurité, etc.),
Gestion du centre de profits : piloter l’agence au quotidien à l’aide des outils de reporting et informatiques, optimiser le parc matériel et la gestion de l’atelier, assurer un résultat d’exploitation conforme aux objectifs, veiller au respect des procédures (facturation, recouvrement/litige, etc.).

Qualifications

Issu(e) d’une formation commerciale Bac+2 à Bac+5, vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans la responsabilité d’un centre de profits, acquise dans un environnement technique et/ou de services (BTP, Industrie, Location, Travail temporaire, Transport,…).

Votre sens du service clients, votre intérêt prononcé pour les challenges et vos qualités managériales seront autant d’atouts pour réussir dans ce poste.
