- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- At least 8 years of experience working in the engineering industry.
- Lead and manage a team of traffic engineers and professionals in executing traffic engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understand their needs, and provide expert advice and solutions to address their challenges.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight on traffic engineering, transportation planning, and Intelligent Transportation Systems projects.
- Mentor and develop junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high standards of performance and quality.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client presentations to secure new projects.
- Collaborate with Transportation, Environmental, Site/Civil, and other departments and teams to deliver integrated solutions addressing client needs.
- Stay current with developments in traffic and transportation engineering regulations, standards, and best practices, ensuring compliance on all projects.
- Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, addressing issues during project execution to minimize impacts on project outcomes.
