About the job
- A bachelor's degree in business, analytics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of professional analytical experience is required.
- Strong SQL, Python, and analytical modeling skills are required.
- Experience with dashboards and business intelligence tools such as Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, or MS365/Power Platform is required.
- Experience performing quantitative, predictive, or decision analysis is required.
- Ability to communicate independently with clients, facilitate requirements, and apply structured problem-solving is required.
- Ability to synthesize complex datasets and communicate insights clearly is required.
- An active Secret clearance or eligibility for TS/SCI is required.
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and produce detailed requirement documentation.
- Develop dashboards, models, and analytical workflows.
- Perform advanced statistical, predictive, or exploratory analysis.
- Develop business requirements documents, user stories, and detailed process diagrams.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose solution approaches.
- Evaluate alternatives and build cost-benefit and risk models.
- Produce decision briefs and clearly communicate technical findings.
- Contribute to data governance, security, and automation initiatives.
- Partner with technical teams and program leadership to align on actionable insights.
- Experience with cloud analytics environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience supporting federal clients or mission environments.
- Familiarity with machine learning, forecasting, or decision science frameworks.
- Intermediate certifications such as GSEC, Security+, or SSCP, or advanced certifications such as CCISO, CISM, CISSP, or GSLC.
