  • Knowledge of custom API, data, reporting, and application integration principles
Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep and technical understanding of Digital Remedy’s products, services, and solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects
  • Create client facing materials to support the sales process
  • Liaise between the client, client services and development teams
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to clients
  • Work with clients to understand their specific requirements
  • Gather feedback from clients regarding the performance and resonance of our products and solutions
