  • 1 year of cold calling or outbound sales experience
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive etc) or a communication platform (Outreach)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A track record of achievements or competitive success
  • The ability to prioritize and organize your days
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience working in the restaurant industry
  • SaaS experience
  • Ability to write and communicate verbally in Spanish
Responsibilities
  • Prospect for potential customers using various methods such as calling, emailing and texting
  • Conduct over-the-phone qualification calls with potential customers and book meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Effectively manage lead pipeline by prioritizing and organizing activities in our communication platform (Outreach) and our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Hit daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, as well as achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities
  • Understand and articulate 7shifts' value proposition and sales pitch in order to effectively attract qualified buyers
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate our sales processes in order to scale up the team
  • Ensure that you are staying up to date with the competitive market, especially in the restaurant industry
