User Advocate
As the Vice President of Product Design and Research, you will direct and manage a team of designers and researchers to deliver elegant, customer-focused digital experiences for Quantum Metric users across the globe. You are a design leader who is comfortable navigating complex domains and has experience designing for technical and non-technical customers.
Collaborative
As a key member of the QM leadership team, you have a strong senior presence and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You must be energized by collaboration with cross-functional teams, including content experts, product managers, business managers, engineers, and product marketing managers. You will foster a can-do culture and align resources, priorities, and processes for success while fostering a successful partnership with Engineering and Product leaders.
Strategic
As the leader of Product Design and Research, you will set the strategic vision for the future of QM’s suite of features while still thinking about the platform holistically. You can adeptly balance business needs with simple, engaging, user-centered solutions.

- Create broad visibility into learnings and impact; develop organization-wide understanding of and enthusiasm for the strategic impact your team delivers to the company
- Create a culture of inspiration, insight, and authority on design and user experience.
- Leverage design research and insights to inform UX/UI decisions
- Manage and grow a outstanding team of designers and researchers
- Leverage and evolve our Design System
- Ensure that we design & build inclusive and accessible experiences
💡 Requirements
- 10 years of experience leading UX design in a high growth SaaS environment
- Ability to champion user experience research and integrate within the design planning, estimation, and prioritization process
- Experience managing remote work groups is a strong plus
- You are a talented, passionate, empathetic leader with strong analytic skills and a knack for persuasive storytelling
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining successful, influential working relationships at all levels of an organization
- Compensation: $225,000 - $255,000
