Responsibilities
  • Provide quality legal services and counseling to company management in a timely manner.
  • Supervise outside lawyers hired to assist the corporation with specialized legal services.
  • Manage legal services and projects in a cost-effective manner.
  • Perform various types of legal research and provide advice on the company’s legal rights and obligations.
  • Review and draft legal documents on a variety of legal matters.
  • Provide legal advice on legal issues arising from actual or anticipated litigation.
