Requirements
  • Completed master craftsman examination in the automotive technician trade or a comparable trade.
  • Practical experience in diagnosis, maintenance, and vehicle repair.
  • Physical fitness to stand and walk for up to eight hours per day.
  • Applicants should have experience as an automotive master technician or as an automotive mechatronics technician with master-level qualification.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical point of contact in the workshop and support the workshop manager with operational daily business.
  • Take technical responsibility for diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs ranging from classic cars to electric vehicles.
  • Support the workshop manager with organization and daily operating processes.
  • Provide instruction and technical support to mechanics, journeymen, and apprentices.
  • Assist with complex diagnoses and technical questions.
  • Work hands-on in the workshop.
  • Work a five-day Monday-to-Saturday schedule with early and late shifts in a two-shift system.
