- Experience maintaining commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Relevant air conditioning qualifications, including F-Gas certification.
- Experience working with commercial air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
- A basic understanding of Building Management Systems.
- Good IT skills for completing digital job reports.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A full United Kingdom driving licence.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on commercial air conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests and breakdowns.
- Perform fault finding and diagnostics.
- Service air conditioning systems.
- Maintain ventilation systems.
- Service Air Handling Units, including replacing filters and belts.
- Detect refrigerant leaks, pressure test systems, and complete repairs and recharging.
- Perform system performance checks and control adjustments.
- Complete job reports using a mobile field management system.
- Provide professional customer updates on site.
- Participate in a shared out-of-hours call rota.
