Requirements
  • 3 to 7 years of full-cycle business-to-business sales experience with a track record of consistently exceeding quota.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch through outbound effort rather than relying on inherited accounts or inbound leads.
  • Experience selling high-value services or solutions with deal sizes of $500,000 or more in annual contract value.
  • Ability to build trust with senior decision-makers, including attorneys, fund managers, and C-suite executives.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills focused on understanding client needs and positioning solutions around outcomes.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage environments, including helping establish process.
  • Disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and precise customer relationship management updates.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically for conferences, client meetings, and industry events.
  • Proficiency with artificial intelligence tools for research, outreach, and workflow optimization.
  • Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for new client acquisition, with a primary objective of generating net-new revenue.
  • Build and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting, conference networking, referral development, and warm introductions.
  • Lead high-level discovery conversations with managing directors at litigation funds, managing partners at plaintiff firms, and investment directors at private-equity-backed case acquisition vehicles.
  • Navigate and structure complex consultative sales conversations across client types, lawsuit categories, and capital deployment models.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan for the assigned market segment.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management and forecasting discipline in the customer relationship management system.
  • Attend industry conferences, including Mass Torts Made Perfect and similar mass tort events, for relationship development and deal origination.
  • Partner with Client Success to ensure seamless post-close handoffs, protect client relationships, and support long-term revenue retention.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive feedback to inform positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Use artificial-intelligence-first tools and workflows to improve prospecting efficiency, research, and outreach quality.
Desired Qualifications
  • Direct experience in mass tort, litigation finance, legal services, or legal marketing.
  • Existing relationships within the plaintiff bar, litigation funding community, or mass tort conference circuit.
  • Experience selling into law firms, private-equity-backed funds, or financial-services buyers with relationship-based, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
  • Background in performance marketing, lead generation, or case acquisition services sold to legal buyers.
  • Familiarity with conference-driven sales in mass tort, including Mass Torts Made Perfect, the American Association for Justice, and similar events.
