What critics are saying

  • C1 emerged from mid-2024 bankruptcy with ~80% debt reduction but restricted capital flexibility, causing a 12–18 month innovation lag in AI and infrastructure upgrades.
  • C1's new board prioritizes margin accretion over growth, threatening to divest underperforming cloud/data center units inherited from Venture Technologies within 6–12 months.
  • C1's 2025 AI portfolio lacks proprietary models and relies on partners, making it vulnerable to faster competitors like AWS and Microsoft who could capture 20–30% of deals by 2027.

What makes C1 unique

  • C1 delivers outcome-driven AI solutions across customer experience, infrastructure, and cyber security to address the 56% of CEOs seeing no AI revenue gains.
  • C1 uses the proven Outcome-Driven Innovation framework to redesign processes for efficiency before applying AI, eliminating complexity and focusing on high-impact opportunities.
