About the job

Requirements
  • Run creator or partner campaign operations at volume, with at least 50 placements per quarter or a roster of 100 or more, supported by corresponding budgets.
  • Negotiate using a performance metric such as cost per mille (CPM), engagement rate (ER), or customer acquisition cost (CAC), and explain pricing decisions and when to walk away.
  • Build operational systems personally, including trackers with live formulas, statistics pipelines, and payment reconciliation.
  • Identify inflated or fake partners before payment and explain the signals used.
  • Write high-quality English for partner emails, draft feedback, and asynchronous updates.
Responsibilities
  • Source partners through creator discovery using Modash and engagement signals, agency and newsletter prospecting, and inbound triage.
  • Qualify partners against audience quality, fake and farm detection, ideal customer profile (ICP) fit, and CPM band, then produce a decision-ready shortlist.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms within agreed bands, including pushing, bundling, or walking away as appropriate.
  • Run live placements from brief through draft, launch, and performance statistics, and evaluate partners based on actual results.
  • Convert successful partners into multi-month commitments and maintain trackers, invoicing, and payment reconciliation so the numbers are reliable.
  • Supervise and extend the existing automations used in the workflow rather than completing all tasks manually.
  • Ensure the weekly placement pipeline runs without escalation, drafts receive feedback within 24 hours, partners are sourced and scored, bookings and multi-month deals are secured within the target CPM band, monthly reconciliation is completed independently, and weekly performance reporting is ready to use.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B rather than only consumer partnerships, including understanding how the CPM mathematics differs.
  • Experience running an affiliate, ambassador, or newsletter program alongside creator partnerships.
  • Use of AI tools to automate repetitive work.

About the company

Viktor builds an AI coworker inside Slack and Microsoft Teams that handles operational and growth work across a company’s software stack. It connects to thousands of tools—CRM, ads, analytics, billing, project management and more—to keep organizational context and deliver finished outputs like PDFs, spreadsheets, dashboards, deployed apps, code, and automations, not just chat. It stands out by delivering concrete work products within familiar collaboration channels and focusing on end-to-end artifacts across the stack, not just responses. The goal is to become the standard AI coworker for organizations, embedding AI-assisted operations and growth work into everyday collaboration to streamline workflows and speed up decision-making.
