Point C is seeking an AI Data Science Intern to join our Operations team this summer/fall. You’ll work directly with operational leaders across claims, plan administration, client services, and clinical functions to identify manual workflows and build AI-assisted tools that drive real efficiency. This is not a shadow-and-observe internship. You’ll have real ownership, real problems, and direct exposure to leadership. The internship is set for 10-12 weeks but may be extended based on business needs.

Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
