About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field is required.
- At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment is required.
- Hands-on experience with the presales process, including writing proposals, scoping projects, and running discovery workshops, is required.
- A strong understanding of how digital products are built and a product management mindset are required.
- Experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, and working within an Agile delivery process is required.
- The ability to challenge client requirements and advocate for solutions that address the underlying business problem is required.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously is required.
- Familiarity with project and product management tools such as Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar is required.
- The ability to work across US and European time zones is required.
- Fluent English at C1 level or above, with strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing work, is required.
- Experience working with distributed international teams across multiple countries and time zones is required.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously across different industries and time zones, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track.
- Work with clients to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria from the start of an engagement.
- Lead discovery with new clients, asking questions to understand their business needs before work begins.
- Break down complex requirements into manageable iterations for the engineering team.
- Own and maintain project documentation, backlogs, and roadmaps to keep participants aligned throughout delivery.
- Run Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Provide clients with regular, clear updates on project status, risks, and decisions.
- Scope and price new engagements, contribute to project proposals, and support the presales process.
- Work with design, engineering, and quality assurance to ensure delivered features meet client expectations and user needs.
- Monitor project health using relevant key performance indicators and flag risks early.
- Test completed features to verify they meet agreed requirements before delivery.
- A background in Web3/DeFi, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce is a strong plus.
