  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 6 years practical, hands-on experience in the S2P space
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience implementing and deploying the entire S2P process across different business locations and in multiple ERP’s
  • Demonstrated skills and expertise in driving solution design, delivery, and support
  • Strong project management and implementation experience of complete S2P process cycle
Responsibilities
  • Define and drive delivery of IT project deliverables
  • Lead SLT, stakeholders and project team communication and status
  • Member of the FIO (Finance Integration Office)
  • Lead all cross techno-functional leads / teams throughout all project phases
  • Ensure impacts on the S2P areas are evaluated and implemented in compliance with Xylem best practices standards
  • Manage stakeholder interests while simultaneously managing conflicting priorities and business interests
  • Drive the technical side of Source to Pay processing, Supplier master, Vendor Invoice, and payments
  • Plan and monitor finance aspects of the project
  • Assist in the design and execution of test plans
  • Drive the offshore technical team to build and deliver requirements
  • Monitor daily overall project progress based on plan
  • Ensure project team is appropriately staffed
  • Work with business and IT teams to ensure project issues are properly escalated and resolved quickly
