Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of Information Technology risk and controls audit experience in a publicly traded company and/or public accounting firm.
  • Experience in Information Security, Privacy, Business Continuity Planning, system transformation, and Information Technology Governance, with a strong understanding of internal controls, Information Technology processes, and technology risk principles.
  • Strong understanding of the system development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Information Technology Application Controls and Information Technology General Controls, as well as enterprise systems such as Salesforce or SAP.
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor certification is mandatory.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards, including COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 22301, NIST, ITIL, COSO, and Information Technology Governance Frameworks.
  • Ability to interpret complex data, identify areas of improvement, work independently, and work in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple audits concurrently.
  • Proficiency in audit software, data analysis tools, and G-Suite applications.
  • Ability to work in the Santa Clara, California office at least three days per week.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, conduct, and report audit and advisory engagements related to Information Technology risks and controls, Information Technology and data governance and processes, and Information Technology transformation processes to identify vulnerabilities and areas of concern.
  • Lead comprehensive artificial intelligence governance and technology audits, evaluating risks across the artificial intelligence lifecycle, including accuracy, bias, drift, and explainability, and assess the security posture of artificial intelligence systems, including prompt engineering and runtime security.
  • Develop and implement advanced audit methodologies for artificial intelligence-driven products and services to ensure compliance with emerging artificial intelligence regulations and ethical guidelines.
  • Integrate artificial intelligence risk management into existing technology audit domains, provide expert advisory on control design, and contribute to artificial intelligence capabilities.
  • Deploy data analytics, automated scripts, and agentic artificial intelligence tools to move from sample-based checks to continuous, predictive risk insights.
  • Collaborate with Privacy, Business Resilience, Information Technology, and Information Security teams to identify and address audit findings through corrective actions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within specified timelines.
  • Lead research on current Information Technology risk and controls issues and trends to formulate recommendations and provide practical advice for corrective action, innovation, and continuous process improvements.
  • Analyze audit data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues, and ensure Information Technology systems align with the prescribed system development lifecycle.
  • Lead the evaluation of new processes, policies, and systems to enhance organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Develop business partner relationships and engage with key management personnel to gather information and propose business process improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to Information Technology system audits.
  • Lead and mentor a team of auditors by providing guidance, training, and support.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a technology company and/or Big Four firm.
  • Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT certification.
  • CA, CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification.

Fisher doubles Cisco stake, adds 22x more Palo Alto shares in AI security play
