Responsibilities
  • Deliver wealth management services to clients with guidance from the Wealth Advisors and Client Onboarding team.
  • Supports an expansive and/or diverse array of products/services (e.g., Investment, banking, mortgage)
  • Documents, tracks, and monitors client onboarding and items escalated to them to ensure a timely resolution using internal tracking system.
  • Provides client onboarding functions such as, account opening, including complex and cross-border accounts, asset transfer, account maintenance and general activities of licensed client service associates.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
