Requirements
- At least 5 years of server-side development experience focused on functional entitlements, data entitlements, and provisioning.
- At least 5 years of Java or C++ experience, including at least 3 years of Java and ExtJS experience.
- Experience building and delivering frameworks, libraries, and services that support multiple projects.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management systems.
- Experience with LDAP and other directory management systems.
- Experience with J2EE, Java Message Service, and Spring.
- Experience developing database schemas and working with Oracle, Sybase, or SQL Server databases.
- Knowledge of Cognos, PeopleSoft, and Business Objects.
- Experience developing Service-Oriented Architecture systems and writing or consuming web services.
- Understanding of agile development, object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, high availability, and concurrent programming.
- Strong project management, communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy systems.
- Build and deliver frameworks, libraries, and services supporting multiple projects.
- Develop database schemas and software integrating with enterprise databases.
- Develop Service-Oriented Architecture systems and write or consume web services.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with the XACML standard.
