Requirements
  • Two to three years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in education, sales, patient navigation, or member support.
  • Strong communication skills over Zoom, phone, and email, with comfort discussing sensitive topics empathetically and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn quickly and contribute to improving processes in a fast-moving startup.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and ability to learn and manage Customer Success and Operations tools.
  • Eastern Time Zone availability is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability in a remote work environment.
  • Passion for reproductive health and family-building.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled video informed-consent calls with prospective Split program participants to guide them through egg freezing and donation journeys.
  • Confirm that members meet logistical requirements and obtain informed consent for egg retrieval and donation.
  • Answer outstanding Split program questions and follow up by email with relevant resources.
  • Document updates and relevant information in member profiles.
  • Educate Split members about third-party reproduction.
  • Build and approve donor profiles for the intended-parent platform, including helping donors’ personalities shine.
  • Assist with outreach to egg donor recipients, including outbound calls to newly joined intended parents, and monitor the inbound company line.
  • Monitor and promptly respond to member and lead inquiries over email.
  • Provide assistance with scheduling, program clarifications, and general support.
  • Collaborate with the broader Cofertility team to ensure seamless experiences and consistent communication for Split members and intended parents.
  • Surface observations, issues, and insights to relevant team members.
  • Create efficiencies in owned processes to optimize the Split program application process and member experience.
