Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant design and art direction experience for technical and product-driven companies
  • Experience working on a variety of brand projects that exemplify expertise in designing brand systems, art direction, identity and/or iconography design
  • Strong track record independently delivering work as well as influencing the work of other designers, contractors, and agencies
  • A strong strategic acumen for building leading brands in a fast-paced, global-facing environment
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Keynote, and Google Slides
  • Exceptional craft with typography and grid systems
  • Exceptional craft at content hierarchy
Responsibilities
  • Communicate the value and functionality of Stripe in design, icons, typography, color, and illustration
  • Create and manage asset libraries for reusable, systematic presentation design
  • Create customized Google Slides presentations for executive business meetings
  • Give and solicit feedback from designers and cross-disciplinary partners
  • Work cross-functionally to define, design and deliver templates and collateral for our marketing, sales, and support teams
