Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain the buffet station, ensuring all items are replenished and presented attractively.
  • Set and maintain dining room tables according to established standards, ensuring they are clean, properly arranged, and fully equipped with utensils, glassware, and condiments.
  • Support servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils, and replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Support bar operations with opening and closing procedures, stocking and restocking, garnish preparation, and maintaining bar cleanliness and organization.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, assist with requests or inquiries, and promptly address their needs.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dining area, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Work with restaurant servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to coordinate table turnover, communicate guest needs, and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Assist with beverage service, including refilling water glasses and delivering beverages to tables.
  • Adhere to resort policies, procedures, hygiene standards, and food safety guidelines.
  • Maintain working knowledge of draft beer systems and properly change a keg.
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, recooking orders, and product availability.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, and glassware throughout the day.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to resort standards.
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
  • Maintain positive working relationships and support the team in reaching common goals.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role.
  • Previous food running, busser, and server assistant experience in a professional setting.
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Some college experience or a degree.

CoralTree Hospitality appoints new CTO. CoralTree Hospitality has appointed Jeff Knowlton as chief technology officer to lead the company's enterprise technology strategy, digital innovation and systems optimization across its portfolio. Knowlton brings more than 25 years of experience in hospitality and technology leadership, digital transformation, guest-facing platform enhancement and operational system modernization to his new role. He will oversee CoralTree's technology roadmap, focusing on improving guest experience, operational efficiency and scalable infrastructure to support the company's expansion. "Jeff's deep expertise at the intersection of hospitality and technology makes him an exceptional addition to our leadership team," said Tom Luersen, president of CoralTree Hospitality. "As we continue to grow, his vision and leadership will be instrumental in delivering innovative, seamless, and data-driven guest experiences across our portfolio." Before joining CoralTree Hospitality, Knowlton most recently served as chief information officer at Peregrine Hospitality. Prior to that, he served in the same role at Sonesta Hotels International.
