  • Have an interest in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Talent Management.
  • Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Be able to organize information, pay attention to detail, and handle confidential information.
Responsibilities
  • Support onboarding for new employees.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of identification badges.
  • Upload and organize evidence, documentation, and records in the corresponding internal systems or sites.
  • Follow up on documentation required for Human Resources processes.
  • Support communication and coordination activities with different areas.
  • Provide administrative support to People Development and Management projects and initiatives.
  • Keep databases and files related to the area up to date.
