Clinical Manager - Social Work

About the job
- A Master's in Social Work (MSW) is required.
- Five years of clinical experience and demonstrated leadership experience are required.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
- Ability to provide on-call coverage roughly one out of every six weeks is required.
- Current Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential is required.
- Assist the Director in providing leadership and management of clinical social work services, care coordination, psychosocial support, and related patient and family support functions at SCH sites.
- Assist the Director with responsibility for systems, processes, and outcomes of clinical care teams and programs designed to address clinical, psychosocial, and financial needs of patients and families.
- Oversee goal setting, program planning, workflow processes, staff productivity, continuous process improvement, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide clinical care to patients.
- When indicated, serve as the department representative to internal and external customers, including patients and families, physicians, administration, and Focused Program Leadership.
- Travel to regional sites, including the South Clinic in Federal Way, North Clinic in Everett, and Bellevue Clinic, once a month.
- Over two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Five years of hospital medical experience is preferred.
