Requirements
  • A bachelor's or postgraduate degree in accounting or finance and 0–3 years of experience in order-to-cash operations, such as accounts receivable or billing operations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting basics and accounts receivable activities.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and ability to quickly learn a new enterprise resource planning system.
  • Flexibility to take on new assignments and varied activities.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address issues.
Responsibilities
  • Apply knowledge of media-finance processes.
  • Enter information accurately and promptly into the billing system.
  • Update and follow through on changes to financial or investment requests.
  • Reconcile payment and financial variances.
  • Handle approximately SGD $40 million in internal billings.
  • Use billing software proficiently and stay current with newly introduced features.
  • Collaborate with people of different styles, personalities, and nationalities.
  • Produce high-quality work and take ownership and accountability for results.
  • Deliver work quickly and efficiently, meeting or beating deadlines under pressure.
  • Work conscientiously to complete assigned tasks.
  • Work meticulously with numbers.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, MediaOcean, and Hyperion Financial Management.
  • Billing.
